👋 Heads up, everyone! Print Server Update
Great news! The new print server setup is complete, and your printing services should be back to their regularly scheduled programming. 🎉
Your printers should now be working correctly.
⚠️ Still having trouble printing?
If your printer isn't cooperating, it might have an old, stubborn IP address saved from the downtime. Please try this quick fix:
- Turn off your printer.
- Wait about 30 seconds (the universal IT patience timer).
- Turn on your printer.
This simple reboot forces the printer to grab the correct IP address from the network. If, after that, your document still remains in the print queue, feel free to submit a ticket with the printer's location and asset tag.
